Crawling Text
Hi All, I first want to say that I am super happy with the recent updates and progress that continues to develop on the Brightsign software and units. I have one area that I feel I need to address, and that is the crawling text. Previously, I posted an inquiry, only to comment that it had already been addressed. However, the answer was that it was not a top priority. I am sure there are many in the same situation I am in and crawling text across the bottom is a priority. Just yesterday another customer asked me if we can have text scrolling across the bottom. I showed him the two options we have and he said, no, that doesn't look very nice and I was looking for something like the cable news networks have. This comes up so frequently, that I felt the need to bring it up again. Now, this is starting to cost me sales and to me, that is a priority. I took a look at several comparable competitors and they ALL had crawling text as a option. Is there a threshold that needs to be reached, on the number of people suggesting a fix on something, for it to become a priority? Thank you.
