audio looping

I see you can have a mp3 play in a video/image playlist. video -> plays mp3 - > video. but how do I play mp3 in a loop while looping a video play list? basically want to loop a mp3 background music while screen presentation plays with video image and ticker clock on screen Cannot find anything in BA 2.0 guide......

    The simplest answer is you can't currently do that with brightauthor because audio files play in the video/images zone.

    If you were playing images only, you could put the audio files in the video zone, and put an image zone above.

    A future version of brightauthor 2.3 will include an audio only zone that supports this very functionality. But, it's weeks away.

    If this is a project where you can create a music folder, and put mp3s in the folder on the flash card, then I have a custom autorun I just did for someone that will look for the music folder, and automatically loop through the contents of the music folder.

    I would like this as well so i can see how one would implement this loop into some other form of scripting. I have the IR remote scripting all worked out but once I press play in the morning I would like it to keep going until i hit stop on the one file i need to play with just a vol up or vol down command once in a while. Im using the iguanaworks Ir receiver and roku remote. THanks

    Do your presentations play a mix of images and video, or just images? If you're using just images, you can add an image zone to your project, and put all the images in that zone, and your audio in the main zone.
