HD210 Synchro issue

Hello, I have a customer who is trying to synchronice 4 BS HD210, but is having some problems They told me, all works fine, units play videos when the syncro command is sent, but there is one player, and not allways the same, that plays with a 0,5/1 second delay. I invited them to download the last software version and to update the units firmware, but I´m not sure if it´ll fix the problem They asked me for an script with preload the video files, before playing them.... Is there any written script wich does it, or do you have any idea what could cause this issue? Thank you

Your customer contacted me and is uploading their videos for a test. The brightauthor projects used to set this up already does any preload that needs to be done to support sync. The problem could be that they aren't using transport streams, which can cause problems.

I don't see a downside to them updating to brightauthor 2.2, and republishing the projects as a test, but it could be content related.

Finally they compared their videos with your "example" videos, and the only different thing they found was de framerate. Your was 25fps and theirs 30fps.
The file extension was different aswell. Yours is .TS and theirs is .mpeg

They made it work, but with a 25fps framerate, and loosing some quality (they compressed the videofile from 3Gb, to 1Gb)

So, do you think the framerate could cause the issue?
I also asked them about the SDHC cards, to be sure they are single level...

The frame rate shouldn't cause any problems with the sync. But, if their files were .mpeg, it's possible those were program streams. transport streams (ts) files open more efficiently, so normally work better for sync.
