HD210 stuck on firmware update

I have a HD 210 that has been working great. However, when I pushed the latest update, it will not get past the brightsign logo on the screen. I am using the Beta firmware and the latest version of brightauthor and simple file networking. I am having issues across the board on all of my locations that are running the new firmware - images freezing, blank screens, and now this. Our business and the demand for our service is growing, but I am having great reservations with the stability of this platform. The ability to not call tech support is also weighing in. Scott

You upgraded all units to firmware 3.5.68 and now all of your units are having playback problems? Nothing else has changed but the firmware? This firwmare has been in use for months, and there haven't been any stability problems reported. Please email support@brightsign.biz and request a callback. But, we'll need some more details about exactly what has changed.

When you were testing 3.5.68 and the latest brightauthor, before you rolled it out to all your units, you didn't see any of these problems?

GIven that the firmware and software is stable, and has shown to be so in testing, and by other customer's using it, it sounds more likely that this could be a content issue. Would it be possible to get a sample project or sample content?

One thing to check is the brightsign-dumps folder on the flash card. IF something is causing the unit to crash, there should be dump files in that folder.
