Tech Support Number??

I am having trouble controlling my hd410 over serial connection and need some tech support. I've looked, unsuccessfully, for a tech support number on the Brightsign website to no avail. Ive posted on on this forum attempting to find help but haven't had much luck. Does anybody have a reliable tech support number that I can call? Please. I am desperate for some help. The customer is expecting this to be up and running by end of day today. Thank you!

    I sent you a reply, now a day late. But, did you contact support@brightsign.biz? Hopefully, the information I sent you was helpful. There's a main number on our website that'll get you to the corporate office, but support@brightsign.biz is the best way to contact us.
