BrightAuthor 2.4.0.17 crash during local network files uploa

I've tried to use local network to upload project files on my HD210 units. My units run firmware Version 3.8.19. I'm trying to upload a 1.8GB video file. Everything works fine: I discover all the units I have on the network and start to upload but at 900MB (more or less) brightauthor crashes. It happen with every unit I tested. The file on the SD is incomplete (~900MB instead of 1.8GB).

Your computer might not have enough memory to transfer that large a file. I"ve seen this on an old system running 4GB of memory. But the log for brightauthor 2.4 should indicate if the software ran out of memory.

If BrightAuthor crashes or fails to open, additional details may be aviailable in the eventlog file. The eventlog.txt can be found in the following locations. You may need to set your computer to show hidden files and folders to find this folder.

    Windows Vista

    C:\Users\lyndon\AppData\Local\BrightSign\BrightAuthor\2.0.0.44

    Windows XP

    C:\Documents and Settings\lyndon\Local Settings\Application Data\BrightSign\BrightAuthor\2.2.0.37

    Windows 7

    C:\Users\Lyndon\AppData\Local\BrightSign\BrightAuthor\2.2.0.37

So the computer must have more than 4GB RAM to transfer big video clips?
Why BrightAuthor cannot read it from the hard disk drive?

I don't know that this is the problem you're running into. I was saying that I saw this on an older xp system, and I didn't know if it was the same issue you were seeing. That's why I wanted your log file.
