HD600 - Audio Dissapears

HI All,
I have 2 x HD600's running different 5 minute programs in a Museum environment. Both are continuously looping after boot-up. The video and audio are fine for approx. 48 hours but when I return to check after 72+ hours there is no audio (video is still fine though). When the units are re-booted everything comes back and after a long wait the problem repeats.
I'm using the bog-standard downloadable autoplay script. PAL composite video out. Analog audio out.
Help!
