synchronizing playback across multiple units

Hi ,

it's possible to sync start multiple units (hd2000's) using the serial port.
But what about syncing the units across the network ?
Would that be possible 1 or isn't the hardware used capable of synchronizing across the network ?

    I have some custom scripts I can send that support commands over udp. They would work the same way serial commands works. You can send or receive strings, and the unit receiving the string can perform any function.

    As I understand it, the possibility to receive commands over UDP are is done by loading a special script ? custom made script ?

    Correct,



    Currently, a custom script is required to send and receive commands over udp, as well as 2.x beta software. I'll reply proving a link to both.

    I am using 5 HD1010 units and will need to synchronize them also. Any recommendations for that? Is a small video wall type look and each display/hd1010 gets it's own video file. Thanks
