RSS Zone parameters in a csv file

I have a zone defined and displaying an RSS Feed. I would like to change the parameters of that zone to be a static appearance and display for 10 seconds. The parameters of 3 1 10 in a play list seem to work just fine but I can't seem to get it to work out of the csv file.

The zone is defined in Excel as:

NEXT 0:920:1586:140

I have tried including the 3 1 10 in the same cell as the screen coordinates and in the next cell. The sign will not seem to vary from its default.

What is the proper syntax for using these parameters in a csv?

  This looks correct. can you please email me the csv file you are using? Please send it to <!-- e --><a href="mailto:lallydice@roku.com">lallydice@roku.com</a><!-- e -->. With it, I'll try identify why this isn't working.
