hd2000 nebee needs help

OK I am a Concert promoter and Video DJ I have two hd2000 and want to know is there a easy windows type software or is this a program type makeup? I have two units that where used with a Bose demo and trying to change content to something in my work. I hook the HDMI to my 47 inch 1020P Vizio and it says waiting? I want to load pictures jpg and text from up coming events and have it change during the night also one at my bar an show drinks and last call from jpgs

    Have you uploaded to the latest software on our website, or taken a look at the user's guide?

    I can email you some simple playlists to start. We don't currently have a windows app for creating playlists, but we're working on making using playlists easier.

    I used the Bose demo and erassed the old files and put the demo on and still blank screen. Is my 47 inch 1080P to much? I have 2 hd2000 that where working when pulled out of service I am I doing somehting wrong?

    How is the unit connected to your display? No, the display isn't too big for the unit.
