Red Led + Yellow LEDS Error ?

Hi,

We've had a player looping fine for ~10 months. Now all of a sudden it's got the red led plus all the yellow ones all illuminated.

What does this mean and how do we fix it.

We've rebooted several times and got the same error.

  Chris, which Brightsign is this? Does it give the same errors if you boot it with no flash card inserted?

  Yes everything is the same except that the 1080i Led is lit when no card is in.

  Please try downloading the firmware from the website, and holding down the video select button when you power up with a flash card with firmware on it. You can release the button when the red upgrade light comes on.
