Preloadfile use in CSV files?

I'm wondering it it will be possible to use the new preloadfile command within a CSV file?

I'm anticipating it will improve the sync consistency.

For my latest test using 3.1.73 I'm seeing:
Minimum time to play: 274mS
Maximum to to play: 334.8mS
Average time to play: 299.1mS
Out of the 50 samples 92% of the time the time to play is greater than 284mS and less than 324mS.
So around 90% of the time the sync start across multiple players would be around 1 frame of 40mS
Audio wise this means that around 90% of the time the sync start is like having speakers 13.2m or 43ft apart.

It would be great to have sync within say 10mS or 1/4 of a frame.....

For the tests I had a 40MB TS file that plays when a GPIO button is pushed. While not playing the video
a black jpeg image is displayed, both files and the videomode are the same resolution. I measure the time from when the button is pushed to when the first video frame appears at the output.

The preload isn't currently supported in csv files. But, when BrightAuthor itneractive beta is posted, it will support synchronization. That will be coming soon.
