Audio Delay HD210?

On my test tv everything worked fine, but when I started using another television whenever one video transitioned to the next, there was a delay before the audio would kick in. So, the first words of narration were missed. This happened with every video. I used Brightauthor to sequence the timeline. It's pretty simple, just four two minute clips playing one right after another... each one delayed about two seconds.

Any ideas?

This isn't something I've heard of before. If you plug some headphones into the analog out jack on the unit, is the audio delayed from that port as well, or juts over hdmi? What is this other tv with the problem? Is there another HDMI port on the TV you can connect to?

I have seen this or a similar issue as well on an HD1010. When I loop a video that has audio playing at the very beginning (at the first video frame), there's a delay of about a half-second to 1 full second before the audio starts playing. This is from the analog-out jack.

This keeps the video from being a "seamless" loop, if only the audio wouldn't "mute" at the beginning. Why is that so?

Can you preload the audio in some way so it won't delay at the beginning?

I know we don't support seamless looping with videos with audio, but there's a newer firmware not yet posted that might fix this problem you two reported.

    I'm sending you a link.
