HD1010 won't loop property
We have two HD1010 units that are running a series of videos in a loop using the auto-looping feature of dropping the .ts files into the root directory of the card for loop playback alphabetically.
The first video is 2 minutes without audio. The second video is 8 minutes with audio. For some reason, the player only plays 5 to 10 seconds of the first video before playing the second video. It then plays the second video in it's entirety, before looping bak to the first video (which it plays for 5 to 10 seconds).
Can you please offer any suggestions.
BTW, at first we had this setup as a single 10 minute .ts file with video and audio. The first two minutes of the video are silent by design. For some reason, when the music started at the two minute point, the audio and video signals would go crazy, then either lock-up or self correct after a few seconds. That was happening about 10% of the time, so we decided to break the videos into two separate files to see if you would have better luck.
