Turning Off "Ticker" Zones within Bright Author...

Hello,

I may be missinig the obvious, but how do you turn-off a "ticker" zone? Is there a way to place a "widget" on on a layer other than top?

    I'm not sure what you are asking. You can remove a ticker from your project. If a ticker is present, and there's another zone in the same space, the text is always on top. The text will be above an image or above a video.



    The only way to change to modify that behavior is to do a custom script or modify the autorun that's used for playback of your BrightAuthor project. If you're customizing, then you can hide the ticker zone at any point, and make it appear again using the hide and show functions for the ticker zone.

    Are you sure about that? My twitter ticker is on top of a video layer, everytime a new video is loaded it disappears behing the video and comes up again when the ticker refreshes. How do I keep the ticker always in front of my video layer?

    Ok I found a solution myself. When I am using a video list instead of various videos it works just fine.
