BrightSign 2000 won't reset

I've installed a BS 2000 in an office playing a mov. file over three monitors. My client called the other day and said the monitors we displaying a "no signal present" message.

I checked the BS 2000 and all of the indicator lights are flashing. I powered down unit. Powered it back up - same result.

I've tried upgrading software, same result.

Any suggestions about what to do next?

    Are the units not powering up properly? Are there lights on the unit cycling through? Please email me also at <!-- e --><a href="mailto:support@brightsign.biz">support@brightsign.biz</a><!-- e -->?  We can replace the power adapters if that's the issue.
