Converting PowerPoint (with audio) to a video



I would like to hear from anyone who has successfully taken a PowerPoint with audio and converted it to a video that can be played on a Brightsign and successfully decode the audio. I would like to know what steps you took including the software used to do the conversion. Thanks. SeaDog

    There are many online and free conversion applications for converting PPT & PPTX to AVI.  If you search on Google you can get a list of these.

    Also there is a free Microsoft App called Windows Media Encoder, which can perform a video and Audio screen capture and save this to your computer in WMV format.  You can then use an app such as Super or "Any Video Convertor" to convert the resolution compression and file format...... 

    (i.e. run the PowerPoint as a slide show once you have started the capture, then edit the head and tail of the content)
