New firmware not working
we just upgraded a second unit to 3.2.67 from 3.1.73. They are both now showing an error light that flashes 5 times. Can anyone send me the previous firmware so I can restore my units? Any other ideas?

I haven't seen this happen before. Try installing the firmware in safe mode. To do this, put the update file on a flash card, and power up the unit holding down the gpio12 button. THis is a recessed button on the right side of the unit. Once the order update light comes on, you can release the gpio12 button. -

It came up the first time then went back to the same error light when rebooted
