displaying resolution above 640x480 with hd600

Hey folks, Long time no write. I never tried to get a video over 640x480 to play on the HD600, but now that we are trying, we don't seem to have any luck. I've converted my high res videos to 800x600, 1024x768, and other resolutions, all with acceptable data and refresh rates (well within the specs supplied by Roku). They just won't dispaly anything on any screen we hook up, and there are no error messages from the Roku debug output....all seems well. I tried the various "SetMode" values, and it doesn't seem to make a difference. The only change that seems to allow the .mpg's to play is to convert them to a 640x480 resolution. Any hints on this one would be really appreciated. As it stands, we'll be ordering the newere model in the near future, but we still have about 8 HD600's left and would like to play an mpg with a higher res than 640x480. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer on this subject.

    You can play up to 720p content.

    The bitrates can't be above 9Mbps.
    And, the video must have an audio track, even if it's silence. WIth no audio layer.

    What are you using for the playlist?

    Thanks for the quick response Lyndon.  I'm using no higer bit rate than 6000mbs and the conversions have the audio track, sampled at 48000 (Roku specs).  The videos play fine on a PC, (implying no problem).  We have solved the problem temporarily by using an HD2000 we had.  Because of the nature of the beast, we'll probably just go the high def unit route, but if you have any more suggestions as to the HD600...I'm all ears.  In the future we'll buy the newer models which might behave a little differently.
