Time Zones not working on Brightsign HD210

I have a new model HD210 that is configured for 'Simple File Networking'. Everything is working properly except the schedule/Time of Day. I've successfully configured the Time Server to both the Brightsign & our own onsite company Time Servers. However, no matter which 'Time Zone" I select in the Network Properties window when configuring the BrightSign unit, I still get the same time. I'm in Central Daylight Time & the unit consistantly shows Pacific Time after configuration. I've tried multiple Time zones & the time always remains on Pacific Time. Any help would be appreciated.

    Can you create setup files again for the unit, but publish them to a folder on your desktop, and zip them up and send them to me at <!-- e --><a href="mailto:support@brightsign.biz">support@brightsign.biz</a><!-- e -->?

    Also, please try installing this brightauthor version, after you send me the setup files.

    We have the same problem at a customers site. I have set time zone to CET, but the HD210 shows the time 9h late. Minutes are correct.
    The connection to internet is verified. Before entering the URL to your time server, the clock showed 88:88, - and RSS feeds also works.

    A bit intresting is that we have a network of 9 HD210, and one of the players shows the correct time zone and 8 is wrong.
    Yes, they all have firmware 3.2.67, and yes they all have the set-up made with the same BrightAuthor installation, v 2.0.0.23.

    I have tried back at our office with BrightAuthor, v 2.0.0.38, it gives the same result.

    I will mail the setup files to you as well.

    Try Editing this autoplay.bsp text file to the correct timezone, and play it on the brightsign withthe other two files included.

    Yes, works fine. I tried a couple of different GMT+1, GMT-1 , etc., - no problems.

    Before doing the test you requested above I found that;

    The current-sync.xml generated by the Setup BrightSign Unit -tool does contain the <timezone>CST - tag.

    But, the current-sync.xml generated by the Publish Schedule button does not contain the <timezone>CST - tag.

    After manually edited the xml file on the SD card adding the <timezone>CST - tag, the clock shows correct time zone.

    So, it's almost like the timezone setting in the setup files aren't being saved somehow, and when the published project is downloaded, the unit tries to read the timezone value from the playlist again, instead of using what should be saved on the unit.

    Yes, I think "the timezone setting in the setup files aren't being saved" beeing the problem. I think the playlist shouldn't deal with setup information, to prevent settings beeing accidently changed by  content producers fiddeling around.

    EDIT: I have another issue on this: http://forums.roku.com/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=30569
