Issues with Update in HD210

Hi I have 5 HD210 BrightSign that are feed from a HFS web server that are in differents places in a factory. The problem is that during some time everything works fine, but suddenly some of them don't update anymore. It starts with one of them but in a short time all of them do the same. If I switch off and switch on them they work fine again, but they do the same again. I update them to the last firmware that Lyndon sent to me, I thing that is build 38 that solves a problem with RSS. There is anyway to solve this? Because the players are hanged in some places that are not easy to access. Thanks

  Please try updating the firmware on the units to this build.
  Firmare 3.2.78
  
  Also, what we can do is turn on logging in the autorun file that's published to the units to see if we can capture where they are failing. First, we should try the firmware, and see if the units keep dropping off the network.

  I've just tried firmware 3.2.78 as suggested and it does not solve the problem (the RSS content is not updated).
  
  What else can we do? Our customers are waiting for a solution.
