Changing Network Connection Frequency remotely

For a HD210 using simple file networking, is there a way to change the network connection frequency remotely? I would like to be able to change this setting without having to physically get the SD card and reprogram it if possible. Thanks.

    currently, simple networking doesn't allow you to change the call in frequency. is this something you need to change regularly?

    No, it's not that big of an issue.  I was just wondering if it was possible.
