How do I point the HD1010 to an intranet time servers address ie 10.8.234.5

    Are you using simple networking or connecting to the brightsign network? If you are you can add the timer server to the unit under manage, status, edit.

    For simple networking, you would use new setup files, from Tools, Setup a Unit, and change the time server.


    For any other case, you would use a script. There's a networking/proxy thread that has sample scripts for manual and dhcp. You can use either and also add in an entry for time server.

    Of course, ...........I should have known it would be that simple in BrightAuthor.
    I expected it to be more complicated and didn't even check the BrightAuthor options.
