HD210 simple file networking - all unit look at one folder??

I have set up 7 HD210 units on a LAN. Each has had the setup files put on SD card to give a static IP and point to a folder for just that HD210 on a local web server for updates. I have created 7 folders in the root folder of the server which can be seen from any browser > eg: 192.168.0.80/bs1/ , 192.168.0.80/bs2/ etc. All can be seen in a browser. None are blocked. The problem is ALL 7 of the HD210s keep wanting to update from the bs1 folder on my server, even though I they have been pointed to their own folders. I have checked the .xml file created by the setup procedure. What am I doing wrong?

Can you create two setup files for me, one for bs1, and one for bs2, and send my the current-sync.xml file that results from each creation? I've never heard of this problem, and I have multiple customers calling into a setup like you describe.
