HD 2000 not working

We have 3 HD 2000 in our exhibit hall, when I went this morning to turn one of the units on it did not respond. All the lights stay lit on the front pannel and the data is not communicating to the TV or from the SD card. I do notice the upgrade light is staying lit too. Any help will be greatly appericated. Marcus

    Can you try booting it with no flash card, and also try it with one of the power adapters from the other HD2000. It could be a failed power adapter.

    Thanks,  the cord is the issue.
