flash HD110 to earlier version ERROR

Hi there, I have to prepare another set like a set i made a few month ago. 2x hd210, synced by network 2 HD movies (tsmuxed from h264 mov to ts) duration: 90 minutes duration fimware 3.2.67 Everything worked with a 3 second delay aty the end, which was acceptable for the client. But now I bought 2 new hd210, with the latest firmware, and 1 of the 2 movies hdplayer crash after about 20 seconds. The latest beta software was also no solution, same result. Now I want to flash the (working!) fimware 3.2.67, but I can't. It gives an error. How do I flash it to fimware 3.2.67??? Please help, cost me a lot of time, I thougt newer firmware should improve everything.... best regards, Oskar van den Belt NIMK, amsterdam

You  can't downgrade the firmware because your units use s newer version of the main board that has a minimum firmware.

I'm not sure how you re playing back the content, but if there isn't a brightsign-dumps folder on your flash card, please create one. If the video is causing the crash a core dump file will be created and stored in that folder after the unit crashes and reboots.
