BrightAuthor 2.2 rejecting my 1280x720 h.264 .mov file

Hello, We are simply trying to drag and drop a .mov file into the software and we are getting the circle with the strike through it (not allowed). We have upgraded our brightsign firmware to 3.5 and don't understand why we can't put these files in BrightAuthor. We have even tried changing the .mov extension to .mpg at Brighsign support's suggestion, but that did not work. Are there other factors that could cause this like framerate or audio?     I think I already answered this via email, but you need to rename the video so it has a .mpg or .vob or .ts extension. THen, put it in the folder you selected for your media library, and then hit refersh next to the media library if brightauthor is already open.
