Glitch in HD110

So I have been trying to get this glitch out of the video for over a month now. When we are playing a video after about a min and a half the video hiccups/freezes for a half second. It is very noticable and we are running out of time to fix it. I have changed the frame rate, the bit rate, the SDHC card, the Main@ to under 4.1. The videos are 1024x768 and the frame rate has been changed to 25fps. The original video is at 30fps. I have tried the demos that are .ts instead of .mov and they are less glitchy but I can still see the video stutter. We are using VGA, with BrightSign 3.5.68 and Bright Authour 2.2. I do not know what else to do to fix this and I am really close to running out of time. Any help and suggestions would be apprecitated. I have been in contact with the help desk and while they have been wonderful at the same time I haven't heard from them in a week and the problem is still not fixed. Any help would be appreciated.
