Background Color Not Appearing on Display

HD 210 ver 3.5.68 I am currently having issue with the background color appearing on screen. I currently have the color assigned through presentation properties. The autoplay.xml file contains the following line. <backgroundScreenColor a="255" r="0" g="56" b="119" /> The background still remains black even with a color configured. What steps can I take to troubleshoot and resolve this issue?

    I'm checking on this. You can try create a simple test project, a new one, and publish it, and see if the same problem is there. YOu can also try updating the firmware on your brightsign to 3.5.77.

    I would start with fresh flash card.
