Powerpoint slides w/videos

I would like to have the brightauthor software, so I can create a custom script to play some slides manually, and in the middle of the presentation, and the end play 1 video each. Please assist. Thank you in advance for your help. Where can i download the software needed. I have 2 hd2000's and a controller for buttons. I can even use one button to "advance the slides" as needed, and to play the video. So in essence, I only need one program to work for now.

    For the hd2000s, you can use the older autoplay.bsp playlist format or autoplay.csv format if you need something interactive. These are covered in great detail in the hd2000 user guide. On the demos page at http://www.brightsign.biz">www.brightsign.biz, at the bottom, there are some legacy demos for the hd2000. But, you can do what you're asking, play slides, and then a video using the autoplay.bsp playlist format.

    Thank you for your quick reply.  I figured out how to make the csv file play a video.  How do you make the audio go on hdmi if possible?  Also my significant other lost my controller that had buttons on it.  Now I only have a serial cable, and the other end has 4 cables on it, black, red, green, white.  
    1.  I figured out the 25pin connector, and tried shorting pins  24  Ground to 25  Button 0 input, but nothing happens using the demo.  I tried button 1, 2 and 3 to ground, and nothing.  I'm guessing my db25 isn't working?

    2.  Can i use a usb presentation remote to change the pictures?
    3.  Is it possible to network to the roku from an ipad or computer to signal to change slides/pictures/videos?
