Hi, I just had a client publish an schedule over the BSN, but they accidentally selected do not update on the firmware, but they should have selected the minimum firmware of 3.7.44, when a number of the units were still on 3.5.68 firmware. Now all the players are stuck and cannot connect. They've republished the schedule correctly, and are going to send put and put in blank cards in each so they will reconnect.
