Hi, Is it possible to download BSN content (movies) to a pc somehow from Brightauthor, or to get the URL and download the files with the browser. I have a client who manages their content, but they've screwed up the aspect ratio on a clip: It's widescreen already and it's being sent out letterbox to a widescreen projector, so everyone is shorter and wider. (not the best when you're trying to sell clothes!) I was hoping I could just apply the fix quick, but I don't have the movie or the project on my computer. I know I can find the URLs from the xml file that gets downloaded to the card. But how can I download it to my computer? This has happened a few times, as their head office creates and pushes out the media, but often it's someone local who sees the content, and realizes any problems with it. (Another recent one that happened was that we had a movie that was inadvertently encoded with audio in it, that was playing through the projector speakers because it was connected through HDMI.)
