Re-Use a Video-List or Video-Play-File in multiple projects

Can I re-use a video-list or video-play-file element in multiple project? That would be a nice feature, is this already possible?

    I guess it's not possible. So I was thinking about another way to do it. It would be quite the same result if I could just switch to another presentation. So far so good. it works finde. But I need to go one step further:

    => In Presentation1: I have 8 videos. Lets say I want to switch to Presentation 2 after the first 3 Videos have been played. Fine.

     

    => Now, in Presentation 2: I want all elements to play and afterwards return to Presentation 1. BUT: I don't want to restart Presentation 1, I want to start playing where I stoped in first place (so that would be after the first 3 Videos in my example)

     

    How do I do that? (I am using a 210, and Simple Networking).
