How to manage 200+ brightsign players?

HI,

We're not an average narrow-casting company. But we place about 4 screens on a location...2 screens per player, connected through an HDMI splitter. We're broadcasting only advertisements. About 15-20 seconds per ad in a loop from 1.30 minutes.

So when we are at a point we have more than 100+ locations, 2 HD210W players on each location. What is the best way to manage this in BrightAuthor? I don't see any options for categories or whatsoever. Is brightAuther able to manage more then 200 BS Players? An advertisement will not play on all locations, but will be played by zone's.

At this moment were using the brightsign network too and to us its very ideal.

Can you guys from brightsign or anothe company with also a lot of players give us some tips how to manage this in a good way?

    There's no limit to the number of players you can manage on your brightsign network account. I'm not sure what you mean by categories. Can you explain exactly how you want to use the network management software? What feature specifically are you looking for? 

    Are you trying to direct specific content to specific locations? 

    If you can provide a clearer picture of what you want to do, I can see if we can already do what you ask or if we have something like that in development.
