HTML5 rendering issue

Hi,

I've created an HTML5 countdown clock displayed on a big video wall in the foyer of our clients new building (it's counting down to the opening of the building). However, when the seconds count down from 59 to 49, the text doesn't quite refresh properly - it only updates around the top half of the number. What's weird is that it's always from 59 to 49, and it does it every time, but the rest of the numbers are fine. It also doesn't do it on the minutes.

It works fine on my PC in various browsers, and I've tried a couple of different Brightsign units, but it's the same on all of them.

I've attached a zip file with the page & assets in - any ideas?

As more and more people are looking at it, the client is starting to pressure us to fix it, but I'm all out of ideas!

    Hi Tom,

I've confirmed it works properly on our latest 4.7.68 firmware. However, 4.7 firmware branch is still in development phase and it isn't available for public use currently. Once 4.7 firmware is released you will be able to download it from the software download page under support section on our website.

    Hi, thanks for your response.

Do you have a timeframe for when this will be released?

We expect the first 4.7 build at the end of August.

Right ok, that's quite a long time to leave it up without a fix - are there any workarounds I could try in the meantime?

If it happens at the same time, check your javascript at that point. The 4.7.xx firmware version will fix these issues. In the meantime, you can check your .js.
