I'm faced with the task of creating several interactive displays for a museum project, using the Brightsign XD1030. I was pleasantly surprised to see that Brightauthor now supports HTML5 content on these devices, as I have used HTML5 to develop such programs in the past. However, upon receiving a unit for testing, I'm dismayed by the performance in rendering HTML5/CSS/JQuery animations. I've seen several posts here indicating that a firmware update is in the works that will remedy some of the issues with animation/transforms. Has this update been included in the most recent firmware update?

Alex You can test the project using the latest beta 4.6.46 firmware. A lot of html improvements will be included in the upcoming 4.7.x firmware build. We intend to release it in the middle of September.

Ryan Nestor Thank you, I'm currently on the release - v4.4.82. I have had some limited success by tweaking animation framerate in jQuery with jQuery.fx.interval.
