Multiple Dynamic Playlists

I want to put multiple dynamic playlists in my presentation in a single zone. For example,  Zone 11 is my video zone-- In my video zone I want my content to be as follows in this order:

presentation 1:  Company Logo.mp4, Dynamicplaylist1, Dynamicplaylist2, Dynamicplaylist3, Companylogo.mp4, Rssweatherfeed, Rssnewsfeed.

Presentation 2:  Companylogo.mp4, Dynamicplaylist4noaudio, RssWeather, RssNews

Presentation 2 has a separate audio only zone to play a playlist of "elevator" type music since there is no audio coming from my video zone in presentation 2

All of this seems to work fine--- one time.  Then when the schedule comes back around, the box seems to get "lost" and will play the dyanmic playlists from Presnetation 1 while playing music from presentation 2.  Also the box will play presentation 2 with no audio.  If I perform a reboot, or send a reboot command to the unit, the problem resolves itself and the presentations play as designed.

Is there something that I need to do in my autorun file to have the box clear it's cache or update at the end of each presentation?  Am I asking it to do too much by putting multiple dynamic playlists in the same zone in the same presentation?  It should be noted that the problem exsists even if there is only one dynamic playlist inserted in the presentation.

I am using brightauthor 3.2.0.11, Hardware is HD1020 with firmware 4.1.35

    1) Run the attached autorun.brs file on the unit by itself to clean the registry of the unit. Copy it onto a blank SD card and power the unit ON with SD card. Once script is executed, power the unit OFF and eject SD card.

    2) Update the firmware on the unit to 4.2.33 version. You should download and copy the firmware file onto a blank SD card and power the unit ON.

    3) In BA3.2.0.11 create new project with 1 image, upload it to network, and publish schedule to default group.

    4) Go to Manage menu > Presentations, delete presentation 1 and Presentation 2 which you've mentioned above.

    5) Go to Manage menu > Dynamic Playlist, delete all dynamic playlists which were included in these 2 presentations.

    6) Go to Manage menu > Library, delete all media files which were included in dynamic playlists.

    7) Go to Tools - Setup BrightSign unit, create setup files for your unit (assign the unit to default group), save setup files onto a blank SD card, and power the unit ON with SD card. Unit should download the project with 1 image and play this project.

    8) Go to Edit menu, and recreate your two projects from the scratch, upload to network, schedule the projects, and publish the schedule to default group.

    9) Test the playback.
