Using multiple computers

I am using a HD220 and would like to be able to control it with 2 different computers on a local network. I can get it to work with either computer just fine without any problems. But when I try and control it with the other computer, the bright sign no longer shows up on the list of networked units when I go to publish using bright author. Is this even possible to do? and if so, what do I need to do to make it work?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You should be able to publish to the brightsign unit over Local Networking from multiple computers which are on the same local network. Verify that both computers are running the same BrightAuthor version. Do you add the unit to BrightAuthor by pressing "+" button and specifying unit IP address? Is the original setup sd card still in the unit? Did you remove it after setup to publish something directly to the sd card? The other issue could be the firewall software on your computer blocking BrightAuthor. Try disabling it, or adding BrightAuthor to your firewall so it's allowed to have incoming and outgoing connections.

It turns out that I was using two different versions of bright author. After updating the one computer, everything worked just fine. Thank you.
