Hello! Is it possible to monitor screens that are connected to BrightSign players, i.e. to get a visual of what is currently playing and whether the screen is on or off? If not, is there any third party software that would allow us to do this?

There is no such option in our desktop software. The only way to see the project is on the brightsign on your display. For remote monitoring purposes you can install an IP based webcam pointing at a screen that is connected to the brightsign.

Yes, this is been look at now but I'm unable to give you a date for the availability of this feature.
