Syncronized units and file updates

Hi. We have an installation with 6 HD220 that run synchronized. Can propose a best case scenario for updating the content. I just realized there's a chance that the content on one could update before the others, and that would screw up the presentation. The files on each are around 2GB, so they'll take a while up update on each device.

Would it be feasible to schedule the new content to run at some point in the future, presumably allowing enough time for the downloads to happen before it updates.

Also there's only one movie that plays, but currently in brightauthor, I have two copies of the same movie with the sync command after the first and second one, creating a loop between the two. Could I also do it as in the attached image? By selecting the  "returning to prior state" radio option.

This would be rather easy to script by hand, too, but I would like to maintain some way to update the files with relative ease.

Your thoughts would be appreciated.

You can publish something into the schedule to run at a future time. For example, let's say it's monday, and you add the item to schedule for Friday. it'll still download starting today. You can then change the schedule again once you've confirmed it's all downloaded.

In the near future, you'll be be to add a scheduled item inside a project. So, you can have a project playing, and ten add an entry indicating that on Friday at 10am, you want to switch to project xyz.

You can't use prior state to sync, but you can use the media end event to go back to the original video. Just pick transition to new state, and choose the same video again. That way, you don't need to entries in your project.
