Hi,
I'm putting together a project for a HD1010 which features a Video List containing 5-10 videos (using a Video List so that the end user can easily add and remove videos to the project). The player will be controlled via UDP for Play, Pause, Stop, Volume control etc. I've got Play, Pause and Stop working fine triggering as UDP events from the Video List. However, I can't seem to skip between videos on the list.
I have set up two User Events, Next and Previous, which are triggered by appropriate UDP Inputs. Next, in the Video List settings under the "Event to transition to next item" I've selected the "Next" user event, and "Previous" for "Event to transition to next item". I have "Advance to next item on Media End event" selected, "Play from beginning on entry to state" selected and "Shuffle Playback" deselected.
Unfortunately, when I send the UDP commands for next and previous the BrightSign unit doesn't respond, it just keeps playing the current video. Am I missing something obvious or is there an easier way to achieve this functionality?
