HTML5 et Video cache firmware 4.7.XX

Hi everybody,

I am trying to develop a presentation in HTML 5, with videos for retails.
I have a XD1230 player firmware 4.7.96 and 3.7.0.34 BA

In my page HTML5 video tags are the "autoplay loop preload", all on an external server.
The video is correctly read by the player, but when the internet connection is down,  video playback stop.
This means they are read in buffering mode?
Is it possible to continue to play video without Internet connection?
Cached for example?
I tried the HTML <manifest="example.appcache"> function, it works on Chrome but not on the player.
I think that "we must declare a variable to the player?

    Hi,

    This has been entered under bugs # 17853 and # 17291. We have our development team working on a fix. We don't yet have a firm ETA for this fix.

    Hi,

    We tried the latest firmware and we did not see any change on Cache Manifest. (4.7.12 and 4.7.122)
    This stops us to make presentation and HTML5 videos.
    Do you have a ETA?

    BrightAuthor 3.8.0.15 and later versions will have the ability to add caching parameters in the Presentation Properties dialog. The release date is not set yet.
