Iv'e published content a few days ago and after two days i replaced the contact with new one. Now I want to republish the content iv'e published first. Can I just replce the files in the publishing web server or do I have to re-author the contant and only then publish the files and directories?

You need to re-author your presentation (replace the content or add new content), publish presentation and transfer all published filed to a web server.
If you have multiple different presentations, then the recommended route would be: save (File - Save Project As) or export (File - Export) every presentation on your computer, then in BrightAuthor open the presentation you want to publish (.bpf file) by going to File - Open Presentation, publish it to a folder on your computer, and ftp all published presentation configuration files from this folder to a web server, web folder, the device is setup to pick updates from.
