The Events tab in the sidebar of BrightAuthor contains events which I do not use, such as BP200 and BP900; as a result the events which I do use, Rectangular Touch and Zone Message, are off the screen and I need to scroll each time I need them. I tried to create generic user events for Timeouts and Zone Messages, but I cannot create a generic Rectangular Touch event nor can I edit User events.
Is there any way to resequence the events tab or to suppress unwanted events?

Events that are located under Media Library - events tab are not editable. You can't resequence the events tab or suppress unwanted events.
What you can do is to click on the arrow above the playlist, click on "Add or Remove Buttons" and select events you wish to be shown on the events tab that is above the playlist.
Yes, I knew about customizing the toolbar. Will you please regard it as a user request to customize the sidebar?
