Firmware Update

I downloaded the new BA software and published a project for HD210 via simply file network. I checked the firmware update box. The update worked, now I got the v3.10.21 on my HD210. But unfortunately the project doesn't play anymore.

    Are any LEDs flashing on the player?

    which LEDs are ON?

    Are they any files in the brightsign-dump folder?

    Please send the log on the SD card (currentLog)

    if the Diagnostic Web Server is enabled, copy the content of the output which can be found under the log tab and send this back to us.

    I guess I found out why I got the problem. I created a project for a HD220 and published it via simple file network to a HD210 and a HD220. That worked fine with the old version of BA, but now it seems that it isn't working anymore. I published the project directly to the SD card of my HD210 and it says that it's a HD220 project on the screen. The HD210 is like a control device in my office so that I can see what is playing on my customer screens (HD220s). Not such a big deal, cause I'll will witch everything to XD players in a few weeks.
