404 Errors on Content

Hi there.  I'm setting up an HD1020 using simple file networking.  No matter what I do, I can't get any content to play.  The log shows that every file returns with a 404 error.

The unit is able to complete a diagnostic speed test from the root of the server, but it fails if I point it to a folder.  I moved all of the files into the root in an attempt to resolve this (and adjusted the configuration), but it doesn't help anything.

I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.  I'll attach the log file.

This should it's able to download the current sync file. So, I'm assuming the problem is you don't have a mime type setup for files with no extensions. All of the content files are in the pool folder and renamed with no extensions. So, if your webserver isn't setup to handle files with no extensions you would get this error.
