Updated documentation is badly needed for the XD product line and newest BrightAuthor versions. As these new devices are sold and installed, the currently available documentation for older products and software versions is almost unusable, with its references to excel files and such. If what users can figure out works, hooray. But troubleshooting when all the documenation available refers to hand-coded configuration files and such is nearly impossible.
