HD220 not working put in SD card ( SD card with new fireware and contents) , Power Light on, But BSY and UPD light not flash at all, and screen did not have any response.
When I use other HD220 box, it works.

Alex Can you send a screenshot of what is on your SD card?
Did you use BrightAuthor to create and publish a presentation to SD card, or did you just copy content onto SD card and insert in the player?
Verify SD card is formatted in FAT32. You can check the formatting of your SD card by right-clicking the card in Windows Explorer and selecting Properties.
What is displayed on the screen the unit is connected to?
Power up the unit without SD card. Do you see a brightsign logo on the screen along with unit's serial number and firmware version? What firmware version is displayed on the screen?

Yes I did use B/A to create content and publish persentation to SD card.
The SD card is FAT32, the screen not response ( the screen standby, not receive signal from HD 220)
When power up without SD card, the screen did not show anything (Not Brightsign Logo, unit's serial number and firmware version )
But when I change other HD 220, it is working well.
Is this one broken ?
