I am using a MRSS feed to show and update videos via simple file network. Is there a way to pre-load another MRSS feed so that all files already got downloaded to the XD1030 when it is scheduled?!

Lyndon The brightsign doesn't download fles until the feed is ready to play. So, the only way to get the video files down would be to schedule the mrss feeds to play.
