Hi,

We have a number of HD210 players in a BSN group and one player doesn't update the "playing presentation." It currently says it has no active presentation, but it is actually playing what we want. I put it into another group, and it updated and said it was playing the presentation, but then when I put it back into the group it's supposed to be a member of, it again says it has no active presentation. 

I've sent it commands to reboot, and to upload the logs, (the logs haven't uploaded, they're not available.) I thought about sending the recovery command, but don't want to mess with it too much, as it's in a remote location.

  Hi,

  Under the "Manage" tab in BA, do a right click on the player > Download progress, are there any errors listed there? are all items fully downloaded (green and nothing red)?

  What is the last connection Date and Time?

  What is the value for the "Checks for content every"?

  Do a right click on the player and select "Edit" and send back a print screen for that panel.

  Hi,

  We've had some issues with the remote machine, but we just did a recovery and format, and still it isn't updating the "presentation" field. 

  I've attached a screenshot of the Edit screen and one showing the presentation field.

  Could you please send back all the BA presentations currently sheduled for the groupthe unit is associated with?

  Also, please send the serial number of that unit to us. In BA go to Manage, right click the device, select Info. Copy the unit ID to this thread.

  Have you created and published the presentation to the group using the BrightAuthor or webUI? If BrightAuthor, which version is it? You can tell by going to Help - About BrightAuthor.

  When you move the unit to a different group, does it show the currently scheduled presentation in that group? Is the same presentation published to another group?
